Shipping:
At this time, we only ship to the contiguous U.S. States (no shipping to Hawaii and Alaska), and we do not ship internationally. We only ship Monday’s and Tuesday’s for standard priority mail shipping, and only Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s for overnight shipping. We do this to give your fish the best chance to not be delayed and arrive alive and healthy. In the case of holidays or extreme weather, we may delay shipping until the following week to make sure the fish arrive safe.
Orders of multiple quantities or of multiple products will be combined in shipping. If you pay for shipping more than once, send us a message and we’ll refund the extra shipping.
Live arrival guarantee:
We guarantee that our fish arrive alive and healthy as long as the carrier delivers them on time. We pack our fish with heating or cooling packs when needed to give them the best arrival chance. In the case that something unfortunate does happen, please send two clear photos of the dead fish inside the bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. If the bag has been opened, the guarantee is voided. Bonus fish count towards DOA’s and will not be replaced or refunded.
